Women’s Olympic Football: Matchday 1
Well, that was an insane opener. The U.S. came back from two goals down to beat France, Brazil crushed Cameroon, the host nation got a win, and North Korea walked off the pitch before their game began due to the South Korean flag being displayed on the tv screen instead of their own. If these matches were any indication, we’re in for a great tournament. Women’s play resumes on Saturday, July 28th. [Photo Credit: Getty]
